Pete Donohue who serves as the primary spokesman and representative for the Transport Workers Union (TWU) Local 100, which represents approximately 300 carriage drivers and owners threatened the media that he was going to leave if they kept interviewing Mike...

So the video continues with (Pete) responding to Mike's claims  ngc3

Mike's advocacy for these carriage horses in the media is big. Keeping this issue in the news and working with like minded groups can only force changes by the city. One stumbling block is the strength of the TWU Local 100 and it's roughly 44,000 active members. For the laws being proposed by animal activists and certain city leaders to actually pass, Mamdani will have to weigh the clout of this union and their members. The politics of this issue will be a factor. I applaud Mike's efforts on this issue.
