Cody's grandfather was a Fishman distributor.

It was his uncle.   tmbz1

A bit off topic, but, having always felt Jack Gallagher was an excellent announcer, he has really lost his way in the last year or two. Some say he is 80 or thereabouts. Time to turn over the mic.

josh marks got ridiculed by gural for going after Whittemore and banned. He was better driver than Bartlett, Stratton. When he was at yonkers he received all the calls to drive over bartlett, and Stratton.

Josh Marks was never a better driver then those two. He just steered. It was all gas for him

Yeah it’s time for Jack to call it a career.  He is clueless in most races with several seconds of dead air in every race.  Confused on what horses are in what position.  I loved his race calls growing up.  He has had a great career, but it’s time.

Jack is 81 years old and has trouble keeping up plus his eyesight isn't very good, unfortunately he's always gambled and probably can't afford to retire..

Problem is who can ypu get to fill his shoes? But I do agree its time to retire and head to Florida and join Sweet in picking 10 cent supers!  ngc3

josh was destined to top tier
as a 7 year old he sat on the fence pretending to be a driver
when older he was average at best
then came/// the rest of the story

would never have been a bartlette or stratton

The 2 possibilities are Mike Bozich from Chester or James Witherite from Rosecroft who lives near Dover. He's the editor of Hoofbeats Magazine too but probably works remotely. The announcer job in Delaware has way more dates than the other two tracks.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: Kirby. Stick to whatever it is you're good at. That would be a packet bomb to slow the site. Singling someone has nothing to do with the site except crucial info could be obtained by someone when they're logged in here. He seems worried as he should be. Can't trust these people out here.
