There is something very fishy at Yonkers between the race draws and where races are placed each night. Over the past four weeks at Yonkers, Brian and Ira Wallach's horses are ALWAYS in the earliest races along with drawn post positions no higher than five. It may go even further back, but that's what I found when doing the research.

Don't believe me, this information can be pulled up on Pathway.

What the fuck is going on??

all of the above true as im breathing air , 4 weeks ? try years now ,  always in races 1-2-3 , always draw inside , always know when they’re losing there horse so they can acquire a new one . someone told me a story about them claiming a horse from tom cerasso ( sorry if i butchered your name ) and they asked brent holland to stiff it and race it easy cause they were claiming it . absolutely unbelievable that they are still aloud to race at that place !!!

I looked back the last week or so...

5/31   races 1,2
6/2   race 1
6/6   races 1,2,3,4
6/8   race 1

6/9   race 1
6/10   race 1

It's not unusual for a race secretary to do an owner/trainer/driver a favor once in a while and try to schedule a race that is more convenient for them, but this is ridiculous. They deal in mostly claimers and are very active. Is this so if they know they are losing a horse via claim and have time to claim something else later in the card?
What else could be the reason? They go to bed early?

Six straight race cards - Race 1. This is bad and needs to be investigated.

Ask Petrelli to investigate.

I’d be more concerned with who their trainer is than which race they’re in.  Yonkers tends to have their claimers in the earlier races anyway.

Aren't there different rules for different tracks as to when claims have to be made during the race card??
