Your probably right, but i'd love to see a "bomb' run 2nd or 3rd to make the trip worth playing.

The 2 is your bomb, was going past Melillo with ease, too far back though.

Guy blew through $20k in 3 months betting $0.10 Supers and $2WP.

So, no, he's not probably right.

(LOL!)

Doesn't matter how much you got back in rebates and promise because that money is long gone. Since you stopped posting your daily year to date loss totals probably because you're embarrassed, but in the past 18 months you're probably down $40,000.

Does anyone think the #1 horse " Melillo" has any shot of being 2nd or 3rd in this race? I'd like to bet a couple of straight $10 tri's with him in the number.
Probably not Dougie bad post draw..the #1 post at Mohawk isn't good
But having said that..never count out a Burke horse
The $ to be made is putting Brandon Blvd on top
He will probably go off 3rd or 4th choice
#1 best driver..DD
#2 He will leave for position..probabl y come away 6th or 7th. There will be a massive speed duel up front..probably 52 or 53 to the half...he will come 3rd  over and run by all of them.

Mapping out the race dynamics, I see the 8,9, and 1 all gunning for the front with Gingras and Al Papi emerging with the lead by the ¼ mark.  With the draw of the 5, Beau Jangles will be much more forwardly placed and take over a little past the ½ mile mark.  I am hoping ‘The Money Man’ gets a 2nd over trip behind Odds on Mr. Mamba.  So, I see Sweet Lovin' Lou winning at 4 to 1 in a minor upset.  Brandon Blvd will be hurt by the draw of the very outside post.

PEPSI NORTH AMERICA CUP XLIII FINAL – GRADE 1 – 3 YEAR OLDS $1,000,000
#5 BEAU JANGLES showed a major chink in his undefeated armor last week when he was beaten by not one, but
two of his rivals in his elimination for this year’s edition of Mohawk Park’s signature race. He made a middle move,
seemingly on his way to clearing to the front, and he never did make it, staying hung out in a 27-flat third quarter. To
me he looked like a horse that needed that race as he raced on a two-week cycle for the first time this season that
night. He should be plenty tight for this $1 million Final, and he almost surely will get driven more aggressively this
week. I think he gets back on track here, and you will surely get a better price than the 2 to 5 he offered last week.
#3 ODDS ON MR MAMBA, like Beau Jangles, has only been beaten once in his career, but his loss came last July in
his debut mile. Since then, he has reeled off 10 straight wins while earning more than $500,000, and last season,
he paced the fastest mile ever by a two-year-old in 1:47 4/5. He was terrific in his elimination in which he
conquered Beau Jangles. He was racing third-over on live cover on the last turn when he spun widest and lost
ground. After he straightened out for home, he drifted out several lanes, but he showed tremendous acceleration
on the far outside to get up for the victory. He showed that night that he is a very fast high quality racehorse, and he
will likely be the one to fend off here in the drive to the wire.
#8 AL PAPI was very racy last week, and after clearing to the front, he was all business cutting some big fractions.
He was eventually collared by the 3 to 5 favorite, but he dug in gamely to preserve second. That was his best effort
of the year to date, and if he can blast out of there and get positioned close to the front, he might be able to pull off
a monumental upset tonight.
#4 SWEET LOVIN LOU is another colt that produced his best effort of the season last week when he raced first over
and grinded down Al Papi to win his elimination. He loses James Macdonald to Odds On Mr Mamba tonight, but he
picks up “The Money Man” Scott Zeron. My gut tells me he might get outsprinted and end up too far back and close
for a slice this time.
