If any of these horses are given anything to benefit their performance but yet have no short, long term side effects shouldn't they be made legal to use.
Just level the damn playful so everyone does it.
Anything that is not used for medicinal, that has a harmful effect make life time bands, criminal charges possible, at the federal level.
Make the whole beard thing stop too this sh!t is outrageous. Make them put up a bond, swear a criminal oath, whether owner, trainer that if knowingly lying gets them heavy prison time when the horse is transferred from not a traditional claim on track, and that private sales have to go through a vetting process.
