USTA and Joe Chindano
« on: March 27, 2026, 09:55:59 PM »
After Joe kinda pulled a WWE move on the backstretch after a race where he was parked and jumped off his horse to go after another driver---i presume this to be so . The announcer actually said "theres an incident on the backstretch", although the video camera didn't follow it.
I presume he was asked to leave, but how could he be allowed to drive anywhere?
No FAS item?
I just dont get it

The USTA has nothing to do with a state commission acting or not acting on anything, the FAS is only for reporting. Any fines or suspension would have been handed down by the judges at the track.

I'm fairly certain this is not the 1st time Chindano acted like a 6 yr old.

Thanks for setting me straight.
But gee, maybe someone should be watching over the judge's shoulder once in a while?
or does this behavior get ignored or swept under the rug?

NYS is already short a lead investigator. Not to mention one judge is the guy who called me about his good friend Howard Taylor.  ngc3

Isn't Chindano the guy who's wife left him (as reported on a previous thread) ??...That would certainly explain the uncontrolled anger.

I've watched him drive at Monticello numerous times, and he didn't seem to impressive.

He’s already had run-ins with Donald DuPont and Kevin Wallis in Florida.

He got 60 days reduced to 30 for not appealing nor having a hearing.

On Saturday  March 21  2026  as driver of the 2 horse  FLAG PARTY  in the 7th race at Buffalo Raceway  Joe Chindano Jr. did instigate a physical altercation after the races conclussion. This is conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and waving his right to a formal hearing and right to appeal  Joe Chindano Jr. is issued a Sixty (60) day (reduced to Thirty (30) days without appeal) full suspension of his occupational license beginning 4/1/2026 through and including 4/30/2026. Furthermore  Joe Chindano Jr. is fined One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) (reduced to Five hundred ($500.00) without appeal). Further violations of this nature may result in increased penalties.
