He deserved some kind of "double secret probation" including piss tests to drive again.
Given some of the bad actors and scum in this business, it seemed hypercritical to lock him out.

He started out driving at Plainridge last meet and didn't do well and only won 12 races in 120 starts, then he had some sort of health issue and wasn't seen again. He also drove some in Maine earlier in the year.
