These horses are not just winning, they are complete runaways!! So, after how many years as a common horseperson, doing common things, she now is winning at a clip, that would make Oscar Berrara look like, Mike Petrelli!!
 How long before the new, New York State Director of Investigations cuts his teeth on this? It probably is not even on the state's radar.
