They wouldn't be racing at all, they're just about all upside down, would be operating up to a HUGE loss, so therefore there would be no racing.  Let's not forget the owner equation, they'd be on the hook for training, vet bills, other expenses...nah, no chance racing for $1k purses

i hate to agree with Pacer but he is right,    For JAMES and ANTHONY MAC AND LOUIS ROY, BOB MCLURE And many YONKERS trainers the game is in great shape and yes its in super bad shape for the racing fan but none of the above could give a crap and as long as they are walking around with huge smiles why would the game change.
