He has over 20 horses, keeps getting new ones, races at many tracks, and wins races. He must be doing something right

May have 20 horses but that doesnt equal success.  Ive heard he is very lazy and owes alot of money to alot of people. And winning races at less than .300 utr rate especially when on deals isn't successful or great.
