I had to jump in on this, as you ask if someone is a poster boy for Mike or anyone for that matter.  This being ask by someone I get the impression is or wants to blow fat Ford, that or he has photos you do not want anyone to see.

 I hate to say this as i always liked JEFF GURAL and believed that he was the best person that represented the betting public but i was wrong as the way he has let the BIG M get to the place it has,        Did he not watch the BIGM racing when one could watch a race and enjoy the competitive and constant movement from start to finish,         today its not as bad as MOHAWK but its nowhere near the way it was during the great days of racing,    Does he still care and i now believe the answer is no because he is smart enough to know when watching any BIG M race that its nowhere near acceptable racing and i cant root for you to get a casino in future days because letting this racetrack get so run down with horses running on a nightly basis that look like horses look like in a maiden race at finger lakes,      Does he keep the track a speed highway because BREEDERS want fast times and do not actually care about a 1980 meadowlands race that was fun to gamble at and fun to watch,  Also i believe your track GM is a huge problem as i do not believe he has any insight into the key for the fan is and thats a 1980 type race.

Just look at the driving colony there.  So many bad drivers that just want to suck along for a piece of the purse.

  There is a reason for the bad colony,      If you look at this game 30 years ago most drivers and trainers were sons of former drivers and trainers and this  went on for many moons and its not like Pierce, Campbell, Bill o and all the greats of the 80s and 90s had no kids but the game began to be so tainted with corruption and was no longer a game of pride and the Haughtans and other honest legends were never coming back and today it is very simular to watching 2 guys in the WWE full of steroids and knowing that it was never going to be real again and the kids of these hall of fame drivers went into a different world and today i never get involved with talking about great horses trained by burke and other high percentage guys.   Today M1 can close and it would not bother me as far as i am concerned it closed years ago.

Can you imagine watching a baseball podcast and 3 guys talking about who was better between SAMMY SOSA,  BARRY BONDS,  MARK MCGUIRE OR JOSE CANSECO,,  BARRY BONDS would most likely be number one but everyone listening knows the truth and when you talk harness racing and someone says over the last 30 years who is the best trainer between BURKE OR PELLING OR ROBINSON OR COLEMAN or MOREAU AND Burke would be most every ones number one and really does that interest anyone with a brain,      In the 70s when you asked it would be HAUGHTON AND DEL MILLER AND GLEN GARNSEY AND STANLEY DANCER and now that is worth talking about and again Dancer would be most people number one but this time it would mean something and ALBATROSS and ABERCROMBIE  and others would be a good topic that would put a smile on your face and no true horseman or fan would put a ROBINSON or BURKE horse a an all time great,
