Obviously Taylor is not being charged, or having licenses revoked, for injecting or administering drugs. Thus, that is not going to be the benchmark for him walking away from this. If it is, it's pathetic IMO. Aside from whatever the formal alleged infraction is, this is about his-----alleged-----role, contribution, and involvement. If governing bodies can't see that, and why he is different than other owners on those lists, then again, IMO, this is pathetic. I have no knowledge what he allegedly did or didnt do. Leave that up to the racing commissions to prove.

Walk? He's fighting to get reinstated so he can race. That's it. Even if DHRC rolls over and gives him his license back. Dover and Harrington can refuse to honor any declarations that his trainer submits. Its call Right of Exclusion.

The only matter im commenting on is DE and the other commissions who won't license him in their state.

You really are clueless.  Any commission can exclude whoever they want.  This isn’t a criminal case so not sure what walk free means.  He’s not welcome due to what he bought.  And yes, he did buy it.  There is proof.  The invoices have been posted.  But I fully expect the Delaware commission to cave as usual.  Surprised they haven’t yet.
