Like every other attempt to rid themselves of President Trump, this too will fail. I hope they release every file, email, and letter on this matter. If President Trump committed horrible acts, then he must go. To prison. I don't believe he did. Let the Dems prove it. With eyewitness testimony. If they have it, indict him, try him, impeach him, and send him to prison. It wont happen. But the Dems are allowed to dream.
Dems may find a way to look like bigger idiots than ever before when this is done.Trump is sitting back letting them dig their grave.https://floppingaces.net/most-wanted/hypocrisy-exposed-dems-demand-epstein-transparency-then-block-it-instantly/
You do know Epstein was a democrat and most of the people mentioned in the files will be democrats wether they are innocent or guilty?
I haven't been deep diving on this whole deal. i figure the facts and truth will come out soon enough. And if there are facts warrant an investigation, there will be one.. and if it means reopenining criminal investigation, then so be it...I have every expectation that Teflon Don will slither out of this one...But Doug, youre a smart guy---is he acting like someone with nothing to hide?meeting with Lauren Boebert and others in the situation oom where no electronic or recordind devices are allowed?Oh---statutory rape would certainly qualify as a "high crime".....and I'm no dreamer....
I agree toothman. Trump does not act like he has nothing to "worry" about. But there is a big legal difference between knowing that a crime has been committed and actually committing the crime. I don't think for a minute he engaged in these horrible crimes. But I do think he knew of them. The biggest question is when he knew, and how he reacted to the facts. To commit anyone of these horrible acts, the chain of evidence must include some sort of physical evidence, eyewitness testimony, and forensic data. Emails and hearsay would never hold up Infront of an unbiased jury. But I'm a moral man. And I think Trump is an unmoral man. I agree with much of his policy decisions. But on a personal level, I believe he's not a good man. If he did know the events that were happening and said nothing, he must do the honorable thing and step down. But we all know he wont.
Weinstein, Diddy, Woody Allen, Epstein I would say there were thousands of people that knew what was going on and NOBODY turned any of them in. Does that make it right? No but powerful people just don’t want to get involved.
From a legal standpoint, you can't convict someone for "knowing" something. From a moral standpoint, it stinks. As a President must be held to a higher standard than anyone. If he knew and did/said nothing, he must resign.[/quoteLots knew:Jeffrey Epstein held a dinner party w/ guests Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, Chelsea Handler, Charlie Rose & Woody Allen in honor of Prince Andrew. Couric said “I didn’t know anything about him at the time”. This was 18 Months after he was released from prison in 2010

I would subpoena every last one of them. Let them testify under oath.
It's not just about Trump. If he is found guilty he should be prosecuted just like anyone else regardless of who they are. But even if he's not "proven" to have participated in the Epstein game there are plenty of others that may have that need to be held accountable. That said, Trump is spending a lot of energy protecting someone(s), either himself or others, or both.
I agree with you. I believe Trump did not participate in those evil acts. But the "list" must have some very "famous" folks on it. I guess time will tell.
