That is something that we don't understand down here. How are guys like Mark still using BB3? After the federal indictments, they didn't come up with a test for that? Obviously, there has been clearance because McCassey started using it again too after going cold and being told to hold off on it. How did these guys do it?
If you read Saratoga HOF ceremony thread..it doesn't say Beckwith was purchasing BB3, it shows that he was getting Epogen(the real stuff) through Guido, from Grasso And as far as the rest of your post, these guys give BB3 and Epogen 6 days before the race they're entered in...cant pick it up,Laddie, that far out, unless a jurisdiction is performing Out of State testing..some I'm told ,push the envelope to 5 days

How would they know what they’re testing for???
Oh thats right Mcassey’s wife works in race office

Can you say conflict of interest?
I believe the wife is listed as Assistant Race Secretary

Actually, it was Brett and his Mom, she's listed as trainer..Dad is just the groom, who by the way, might just be the FIRST groom ever inducted into the Saratoga Hall of Fame...so kudos to Mark  tmbz1

it is quite crazy how this is allowed … mind boggling actually… employing a wife’s trainer in the race office when the trainer has a stable of 25 horses on the grounds …
