I have been involved in many business ventures in my business career.  One of the one's I really enjoy is harness racing.  I've decided to remain in the business and had to choose between the family that trained for me for years or bring in someone who could potentially further my interests and turn my investments into profit at some point in time.  Despite all the negative posting towards my guy Mike Micallef, I've decided to continue to go forward with him as my front man.  Truth be told he is not much but the best I  could find in short notice. I do not have the heart to tell him he really should not be out there driving and his raw abilities and work ethics are questionable.  In addition, he employs some really shady and incompetent people to run my operation.  For now, I will continue to keep Mike on board until I complete my purchases and fill up my stable with stock but I am proactively seeking a better man for the job because realistically he's not making me money as of my most recent ROI audit my staff performed,

His employees are really not his fault, there’s not much to pick from out there these days and he probably needs the help so the people are taking what they can get , that being said if you don’t think ‘he is much’ why would you trust him with your expensive investments?
