The Secretariat Club, Tuesday, 10/14/25
« on: October 13, 2025, 10:53:29 PM »
Started the week off nice 6/7 yesterday and the one miss finished 2nd and I needed a win there.  Not the biggest scores, really not much risked and won a couple hundred.  Two day winning streak lol.

Only a couple for Tuesday, Fort Erie race 3 (1:11 PM) a MSW, and Harrington race 5 (5:42 PM) a stakes.  FE looks FAST, I think Harrington might be too, however they cancelled racing there today so I'm trepidatious about a predicted surface condition, keep an eye out.

It's a almost a vacation day, with the exception of being busy at work too.  Oh well, resting, feeling pretty good, espresso coffee w/ cream every day  tmbz1.

Good Luck!  ;D

Sorry on the parlay.  I've been using your technique, started it last week and it worked with some long ones betting multiple to win on a race.  I'll put the wins on the long ones and the favs harder on top of the exotics if I have multiple likes in a race.

I shit the bed at Harrington 5th for 131, -159.80 for the day on a 0/2.

Happy Valley tomorrow morning followed by 3 t-bred MSWs.

I bet peanuts.

When I bet online, it's a few $ a race.

Sometimes I get on a 3-way call w old racetrack bum friends I don't see often and we bet h-h-h against each other for a dollar a race on about 10 races over an hour. We do keep score and Venmo 1x/Mo.

Other than that, for the past 4 years my 'serious' wagering is near fully limited to pick-5 Carryovers. I lost in 2023 and 2024 and will again this year.

But the pools are too sharp and I don't have it in me to do the kind of race watching and other work needed.

GL to you. Seems you've had some winning days lately. Attaboy.

Not sure what you know or use in adw...NYRA BETS has a great promo but they choose your p5, typically theirs and another major track.  Split $5-10k.

I think the carryover is great not the jackpot carryover unless mandatory payout day.

I'm going to start doing it and likely fill in individual race wagers, gets expensive.

For me stamina and desire go hand in hand so I feel the same and see the same results, year's not over but with a little sojourn at the end, upgrading my visual technology to larger, next year is promising lol.

Reminds me of For Love of The Game, the ending, just a little more power and I can do it, go out on a big note!  ngc3
