All the critics, but how many actually know Howard? Howard has been supporting harness racing for years and happens to be a very nice man who would help anybody.

Half the bullshit you read on this website is false in regards to Howard and if in fact it was true why would he still be licensed think about it people.

He was just denied a license in Delaware and is suspended indefinitely from the country of Canada. That was within a few days of each other. Think it's over???

No different than when Eric Cherry said he was getting out of the business, I'll believe it when I see it actually happen. With Cherry, that lasted a day or two, LOL. I think Taylor at one time had over 150 horses, maybe 200. I am not sure because I don't follow him. I don't buy into the "too big to fail" routine when it comes to horse owners.

Regardless, getting rid of owners whose conduct is detrimental to the sport and business should be the norm. Unfortunately it's not. With Brooks, his "off the track" and outside activities started the ball rolling, but with Taylor, it's what he's done "in" the sport/business that is getting him banned. If in the end Taylor ends up only being licensed in a state or two, and whatever state doesn't require USTA ownership, I think he'll still be in the business. Just in that state or two. Personally, I hope there is more owner accountability. Much more.

Supporting or stealing from?  I’ve said before crooks often appear to be the nicest, draws less suspicion.  You can have your own opinion on him and I can have mine.  A lot of supporting documents show some shady purchases.

Sometimes the wolf wears sheep's clothing...and sometimes they don't give a damn and simply wear the wolf's clothing.

if you want to make money as an owner chances are you have to go to a trainer who uses stuff, or tip toes the line. if you don't give your horses to one of those trainers you may as well throw your money away. you may win one here or there. but over time you are losing money. he was obviously in it for the money and did shady stuff.

With the 10yr ban in Delaware, Mr Taylor should be done in Ohio based on the Ohio Admin Code.

Ohio Administrative Code
Rule 3769-7-43 Reciprocity.
Effective: September 1, 2021
(A) If a person or horse is suspended, expelled, ruled off, or otherwise ineligible, or if a person's license is revoked, or application for a license has been denied or if a person or horse is under any other current penalty pursuant to the rules of a racing authority of any other state or country, such person and/or horse shall stand suspended, expelled, ruled off or denied a license at all tracks operating under permit from the commission until the ruling be withdrawn by the originating
authority.

It's not his fault that he outsmarted everybody for years and years. He Outsmarted
his competition and the judges. What I can't figure out is with All those vets and all those drugs and he still couldn't beat the burke horses.

He had horses for years with Burke...if you cannot beat them, join them.....when any of the pharmo-cowboys goes down Mr. Taylor stepped in as their advocate......... ...in many cases he kept them safe, in return they trained his horses........... ..kinda like the barter system.

Yes you're right he did have horses with Burke and probably still does. But then why could none of his other trainers compete with Burke I guess Burke has his own supplier

Fact of the matter is the sport is full of HT's. Barring him does nothing because most commissions don't wants to get involved or they would of acted long ago.  But atleast this is a step in the right direction. His arrogance is what did him in and the Fishman list. Without that list it would still be business as usual for him.

As easy as it would have been to remain anonymous, Howard said "Yes my name is Howard Taylor and here is my credit card. Send all these illegal drugs direct to me". Was it arrogance, or stupidity?
