Originally Karr, J&T Silva, Purnell, Libbey, Weaver/Bruscemi and Burke were shown as owners; later on Silva, Purnell and Libby disappeared and were replaced by Jablonsky (so that is why you probably recall Hanover, since Dr. J, I believe, came from there).

The horse has always struck me as a bit gutless, but even if that's correct, he's a nice horse that has paid his dues and  deserves better.

He's not as bad but Abuckabet is on this same road...yes he can still go but he's not competitive with the Open horses anymore. Made over 2 million can't they just shut him down instead.

Not even close...Abuckabet t's last race he finished 4th in 1:49 and change in a $125K race.
De Los Cielos Deo looks crippled in the lowest conditioned classes and can barely make qualifying time.

There are tons of old classy stakes horses that can no longer go with the best but are still sound and solid horses still competitive in mid-level races. I for one enjoy still seeing those warriors race.

  • Sweet: Click on "My Messages", if you send someone a message click the box - "Save a copy in my outbox" and that will remain in your "Sent" folder.  No "Draft" feature but you could just send yourself what yo want to save like a book.
