He's having the best year of his career, not by stiffing horses. Just because a horse loses or runs bad it doesn't mean the driver stiffed him. The trainer could have sent out a dead horse.

about a decade ago he was driving at Harrahs PHL--he was on the #9 and had no clue he was supposed to be in the 2nd tier--he was lined up outside #8 then they were yelling at him then he veered behind #1

he didnt cause a recall but he should have been embarrassed-but that doesnt seem to be the case with him
