Another top juicer from Pennsylvania. Judges scratched his horse today in 4th at harrahs Philadelphia for failing pre race test (prt) but still was allowed to race his other horses later in card. Don’t understand how these people can go on without any consequences. What do they say. If you promise never to do it again we’ll let you race ? Ridiculous
