I know that went over your head,.

It was in reference to Harness Racing Revolution ae..and all his other screen names he has had.

Over my head, you're underneath my shoe.

You act like a whiny old gossiping woman.

You're an actual man?

I don't believe it.

(Kirbys Ace) Miserable at home.

Comes here with that anger to exhaust, other wise the old lady would flee.

Not very creative or bright.

Targets ploppers having fun with his detective gotcha bs, and his other favorite is who is being sanctioned for harness offenses, less and less about the Delaware circuit insight.

Gives him a sense purpose and importance.

Desires popularity, settles for being notoriously evil.

In short, plop gets the shit stick, an angry old asshole!   ;D

You sound like you're describing yourself. Obsessed with every poster, love insulting people because it makes you feel superior, but when it comes right down to it you're a big LOSER, which is exactly as you are as a gambler. No one is on Horseplop as much as you and you feel the need to respond to every post because this is your entire miserable existence. You actually hate yourself so it makes you feel good to insult everyone else except for the few people's butts you kiss. It is a shame your parents didn't beat you more when you were younger because you certainly turned into a big asshole.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
