Look im no Rawlings fan dating back to his meadows days. What i will say is he wont stiff your horse he wants to win.  I havent seen an "abusive" drive out of Dan. I think this is a case of they dont like him and unfortunately this does happen. If you're not liked judges will make your life hell and do what they can to force you to leave. Dan isn't a fit in the crowd and kiss kind of guy and thats OK. Trust me look back at my posts I'm no Dan fan but in this case I feel bad for him I think its absolutely bull shit.  Yea I get the three strike and pause but most cases he was in contention to win and almost did.  He clearly moved in and pissed some people off at Monti.

Many of us grew up with Monticello. I must have been there personally a couple of hundred times.

Keep in mind. There is no casino there. Purses are low but mostly supported by handle which is non existent these days.

If you have been weaned on Monti and Yonkers, like me, you likely abandoned Yonkers years if not decades ago.

I stopped Monti a few months back, not because I was losing there, but there is so much inbred racing that I don't need headache. And there are a couple of "rail for sale" guys that turn my stomach.

There are plenty and I mean plenty of drivers still hacking away at horses on the daily yet Rawlings repeatedly gets called out on it while they keep on driving without a single fine. It’s BS and he’s singled out, period. If they want to stop all this “abuse” take the whips the fuck away. End of problem. Take his license away they better start taking everyone’s away.
