is the question and that means that new members can be nominated and put in the POHOF?
I'd say yes but conditionally, whatever reason, accomplishment, that New member is active, and at least 365 posts or more and at least a full year.
Say someone joins today today and as an owner wins the triple crown next year, I'd say the members would feel that is a high credential accomplishment then eligible to be nominated in their second year.
A Horseplop entrant doesn't seem to be voted in by a awe struck star fucker type though!
