How could anyone be against this.  The betting public knows that detention will affect some trainers.  Noble has fallen off the face of the earth last 16 1-0-3.  Others have held their own.  Better question why isn't Virgil and Burke the two top trainers not in detention??  Why .484 percent Lorentzen not in detention? 

As far as I know Perrin, Noble, Carter , the mail man Tatham, are all in detention if that is correct.
