Direct from multiple sources who I asked to contact the President of the USTA. First response they got was Russell is handling issues at home. Which I do empathize with him, it can't be easy. HOWEVER, with all that is going on then maybe it's time he step aside and allow someone else to do what would be inevitable even if it's him in the top seat. Once you assume that role and take the responsibility of leading the association, in times like this there is no excuse. I appreciate him being so open, but it's also frightening. If you're the leader....LEAD.

Hanover has been a bursting sack of shit since Dr. J left. Nobody has oversight of the vapid office morons who illegally bred a horse on my stallion share. Maybe they are taking kickbacks to forge breeding contracts etc...

Adam Bowen is the classiest gentleman I have met in harness racing. I visited Diamond Creek and it was made obvious to me that they have a true passion for racing. The people in their community love them.

Diamond Creek did not act like “hoytie toytie snooty snobbersons.” That title is reserved for filthy cockroach Hanover.

Mr Bowen and Diamond Creek are the greatest and most honest breeder currently in horse racing, since the incomparable Alan Leavitt passed on.

Hanover should not throw stones if they live in a glass house. Their pig is definitely not flying straight. It would be ironic if the USTA President had to rescind a mating certificate from his own operation. The people who own the resulting foal probably have 120k in that horse who is getting ready to race.

It was a blatant rip off in black and white on many levels. I don’t really want to fuck over the people who own the colt.  Even more interesting is that Hanover’s own Sales Company sold the foal. Doesn’t a yearling catalog page need to denote if a horse has been bred on Frozen Semen? It was not on the catalog page.

Harness Racer,

I respect you. You are one of the good guys…unfortunately Hanover is one the bad ones. During Covid I called to inquire about an older trotting stallion. I talked to the Assistant Syndicate Manager at the time who had been there 15 years. I was told the “stallion was in great health and I can share in European royalties.” In reality the horse had been suffering from Ataxia for five years. Hanover failed to mention that to me but was happy to grab my money for the share at sale. Hanover knew the horse was done. Two months later I was told the stallion was retired because he was unsafe to breed. Then I was given frozen straws. When I tried to claw back some money by brokering the straws, Hanover refused to acknowledge I was shareholder, and then illegally bred a horse on my share. They illegally bred the horse for a person they did regular business with who signed an airtight contract with me. That lowlife turd plays games by switching llc names every month to try and erase her trail of deceit and to avoid bill collectors.

Sound like great people to you bro? Sounds like possible fraud, possible interstate fraud, possible sales fraud, possible forgery, possible COLLUSION TO DEFRAUD across INTERSTATE LINES, and then to the sales company, Consigner fraud, etc…to me. Lexington kicked the colt out of their sale because they knew something was “Rotten in the State of Denmark.”

How can Mr. Williams serve as the President of the USTA and as one of the most powerful farms in history?  Isn’t that CONFLICT OF INTEREST which could result in possible UNDUE INFLUENCE and possible COERCION of officials to levy unsubstantiated fines and suspensions against competitors using possible falsified data from blood testing.

After all, if Hanover couldn’t handle me as a hobby breeder and egregiously cheated me, what do you think they would cook up to kill off superior breeders. Sounds like FUCKING COWARDS to me.

In NYS a trustee of the NYS Horse Breeders Development Fund who owns one of the larger breeding farms in NYS told a gentleman who owns a smaller farm here in Orange County when he was questioned by this man that he should consider selling most of his mares and will be losing most of his stallion breedings in 2026. This man is part of the three man committee who controls the allocation of state money that supports the breeding industry and sire stakes program in the state. Sound familiar???

I’d be pissed too, if that happened to me.  And I, in no way, support Hanover.  But that doesn’t excuse Diamond Creek scumbags for that shady stuff with Surick, his mother and partners.  Of course they are polite and treat people well.  Hard to be suspicious of people like that.  They were 100% wrong in this instance.  No argument can be made otherwise.  I think most breeding operations and sales companies are sneaky and don’t care about giving people the shaft!

I respect your opinion Harness Racer. Peace and good fortune to you.

The owners of the colt are in the catbird seat. If they don't want the horse, I'll take it and Hanover will have no choice due to the layers of fraud to give the ripped off owners the 120K they got in the colt now plus 2 or 3 hundo grando in a quick settlement.

Hanover illegally bred and illegally sold the horse. Hilariously, they bred the horse on frozen semen and didn't list in the catalog as frozen semen. I wonder how often they do that with embryo transfers too.

For the super sleuths out there, can you figure out the name of the colt illegally bred and sold by Hanover?? The first correct answer will get a cash app from me for $100.

Hint: Ataxia in stallion
Hint: 2yo getting ready to qualify
Hint: Read my contributions to thread and their is a huge hint which will give someone the answer quick

First correct answer wins!!

Once again, I will leave the owners alone if that is their wish. Otherwise someone better pull out their fat wallet.

That's the stallion but we need the name of the colt to win the money. There is one line in what I wrote that will narrow the choices to about 5. I'm raising the the pot to $250.
