A casino would be shut down by the regulatory authorities for the present level of out in the open corruption in harness racing today.

I often wonder why states attorney generals don't get involved in stopping this corruption in their respective state.

Now think about what you said. Who right now is in the running for a full fledged casino license in NYS? And who acted immediately in scratching his horses last night? MGM doesn't need this right now.

Well in NYS our AG is as corrupt, so no chance of Tish doing anything about it.
