Dreg of humanity who somehow got Hanover to release a mating certificate without shareholder authorization because no payment was ever received for stud fee. Hopefully she dries up like a turd and blows away.

Please do due diligence if you purchase a mare in foal from this one. You probably will be told the stud fee has been paid. You better make sure that it has been paid before bidding.

If you get a judgement against someone for non payment and submit to USTA they will suspend membership. But unfortunately some race commissions will still let them race
