Michael (Mickey ?) is his father.  He has been listed as trainer of record for the past week or two, but Ron is listed as being back on Friday at M1.

Probably served time for something as he has done that before, taking his suspensions in December or January.

If memory serves me right,  he was also suspended at this time last year. So possibly, more than 2 times in 3 years (haven't looked it up yet)

Looked it up. Ronnie served a 7 day suspension in the middle of the month from a positive in Nov.
Mickey Jr was down AFTER the suspension was finished and for another week after that.

Over and over. Same thing with some other “big guys”.  That is why the horse should be suspended until the time is served. That would stop most of the appeals.
