curious, will the agco allow him to transfer horses to his father for the 2024 stakes season, to me that is a joke if allowed
a true transfer would be to another trainer and the horses must leave the bax farm
and is he still allowed to go to the farm even though suspended??
to me they need to put some teeth in the suspensions, in other words matt, you are done for a year, not allowed to have anything to do with harness racing , dont show up at the farm even to muck stalls, after all it does say a "full suspension"
agco should do random visits and anytime he is seen there hit him with another $10k fine

to be clear i am not singling out matt bax

my comments would apply to anyone that is caught with a serious enough infraction that leads to that heavy a fine and suspension
and yes if you get a second one of this magnitude, you are done, never to be granted a license again
