well based on prior reports there was a video of what beaton allegedly did so lets see when that comes out
and in typical fashion jim whelan is supportive, nothing to see here just regular business , move on please
i say lets see all the evidence and then make a decision
if charges are proven to be true he should be suspended for a very long time and maybe for good

Anthony Beaton-Off, what? Another A-hole abusive Trainer,  Where does it end. Time for mandatory suspension and a required animal husbandry course before EVER being reinstated.

there was no injury to the horse aside from some scrapes from when he initially fell down.

whip marks are not injuries.
how many horses come off the race track every night with whip marks?

I’m not saying the horse should have been whipped excessively, I said the horse didn’t sustain any injuries

people don’t dump tens of thousands of dollars of their own hard earned money into these animals to purposefully injure them

Taylor is not licennsed to practice out side the state of PA. This is why HISA is needed. To take things out of the racing commissions hands and place it back into the proper jusridictions.

I believe JM MacKenzie is his lawyer....seems to represent all horseman across Canada. He's a smart guy that's been around the business his whole life.  Actually, his brother Raz MacKenzie trained the good trotter Wesgate Crown years back.

I have certainly seen some things in my life that contradict that statement.
