The 6 with drug positives- are the judges/NJRC, or whatever state they occurred in, going to fine/suspend/claw back the purses paid to them?

Why does it matter? These people were all excluded. Gural has the right to do that. He will continue to investigate. Maybe some he will reverse his decision, others he'll stand his ground. I guess we will soon see. I would suspect that if anyone who gets indicted, they will be automatically added to the excluded list. I also think anyone who litigates with Gural is in for a surprise. This will not be like litigating the NJSEA, the NJRC, etc.

Interesting list of names headlined by Howard Taylor! I noticed two gaps in the first column so I’m guessing two names were removed

Someone must be able to access these reports and see what they are talking about,  i am sure these are not the only ones,...maybe they we just ones that raced in NJ NY  or had a set # of purchases -   for example person A bought EPO 25 times over a two year period.....this would be good to know

He has a name on there. The poor woman passed away 2 years ago. Another, has not raced a horse in 3 years. Tighten it up, Jeffery.
