I'm not too sure about what the ordinances are in NYC as I was a driver in Nashville and know those ordinances right down to their numbers which basically start at 12.54.200. We didn't go by the heat index and I always thought we should have. I also typically drove draft mules which have a MUCH better tolerance for extreme temperatures than horses do. I have plenty of friends in the city I could ask about them. I just think he is SUCH a self serving hypocrite. In one video he literally posts 'ban carriage horses ' and in the next he says he's NOT trying to shut them down. In one video he literally says 'kill the races, not the horses' then he says he's not against the Industry. In MY opinion he is certifiably insane. He can't even keep his own thoughts In line. I think he needs some real help. Oh ya...and the BIGGEST hypocritical thing he has done so far as I'm concerned was talking shit about someone else's child.  And yes, I DO think there are some very good people in harness racing.
