I would like to know if the owner is Chinese and playing a joke or if the owner is just racist?

The owner is listed as: SUM TIN WONG STABLES, Novi, Mi.

And how the fuck did the USTA allow this ownership name in the first place?

The USTA allowed Hi Man Buster  (Hymen ; a membrane which partially closes the opening of the vagina and whose presence is traditionally taken to be a mark of virginity.)

If I named a horse RETARD , all the white trash from Iowa and Michigan would have a shit fit over using a common derogatory name for a person with learning disabilities.

And I would agree with them.

But hillbilly white trash has no problem with using derogatory names or phrases against any other race or ethnic group as long as it ain't aimed at them.
