https://www.vernondowns.com/racing/ATTENTION GUESTS- In accordance with current guidelines, for the weekend of Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, 2021 Vernon Downs Racetrack will have limited fan capacity for live harness racing. The main entrance to the track will open at 10am on both Friday and Saturday for simulcast wagering (beginning at 10:30am). Live Racing Post Time on Friday, April 30 is 6:10pm. Saturday, May 1, Live Racing Post Time is 4:30pm. Capacity will be limited to 650 fans at any given time, each day/night. All fans must have a proper form of identification, proof of a negative Covid test 72 hours prior, or a double vaccination card and will be temperature checked prior to entry into the track area. Masks must be worn at all times. There will be a limited food selection available at the track concession stand and Miracle Mile Restaurant. All patrons must be seated when eating and drinking. Limited tellers will be available for taking wagers and cashing tickets. As more guidelines are issued, Vernon Downs will post the information accordingly.
650 fans at the track but the state fair will operate at 50% and they get 50,000 people daily so 25,000 is OK for that venue and you can buy an autographed copy of the ass grabber's book as well.
