Horses earning over a 1.0mln will have to give earnings to horses that can't get out of nw1 and nw2. Horses that make over 500k will also have to pay back earnings to ones under the property line. I'm sure the super syndicated stud will have to give a extra two cents when he shoots his wad for collection.
