Not that it made a difference, but winner went inside at least one pylon in the third turn. I remember hitting a few win tickets on that driver-Roger Hammer-when he invaded Liberty Bell from Wheeling Downs in the early 70s as an unknown 20-something year-old. Still going strong, and still loves the front-end, except for his superb come-from-behind win in the Hambo some years ago.
