I think the racetracks should have contests free food music on Super Bowl Sundays . Bring in new fans who may or may not return.....

They're NOT SMART enough to think of that. They just want to beg for slots. And the tracks with the slots, couldn't care less about the harness racing that goes on.

music?  i'm assuming you mean night racing as the thoroughbred tracks run and run earlier to get it over with before the super bore begins.let's face it they aren't going to try to buck the super bowl as the brainwashed public tends to over lean to this event and aren't interested in watching NW1 and NW2 harness races. i believe flamboro or ridiculous carleton run in canada if you need a sunday nite fix. u.s tracks are gleeful (it's only pompano now anyway) they don't have to open as handle and attendance would be woeful.
