There are few trainers at Scioto  Downs that do it every race every single week. Some how these dopers  just getting it below the  threshold allowed. I'm so glad I went back to Delaware. Ohio tracks are littered  with greedy,mean,horse doping pigs.The worst part is the track supervisors,vets,and there lack of giving a shit bout how these 7 to 8 trainers are getting away with stealing purse  and poisoning the horse to drop 2 seconds . I'm not talking bout Burke .
