Has anyone heard anything new?

Last I heard, Taylor was out (until 2035, right?). Unless something else has developed, last I heard he appealed. He then went to Delaware Superior Court and made a motion for an expedited hearing on his appeal, and the Superior Court denied his motion. I could be wrong, but that's a "No, you're out, go back to your regular appeal." From what I gather, his case is still under appeal, but until that plays out, he's out.

I know he had a hearing and they rescheduled a part 2 to that hearing but it got postponed and nothing since that time, which was back in December. I know DHRC is shady and will sweep this under the table. So, that makes me ask if any new news. I assume hes still denied because hes not racing anything under his name @ Dover.

It was a great going to see the Teagues when I owned a piece of WIJi. My WIJi horse shoe is somewhere in a box of crap :I brought back from Martha's Vineyard when I sold my property there. I have to dig that out.
I sat behind a horse once for a 1/2 mile lap a long time ago in Ontario.

After great study and thinking, I've determined the greatest racing in the world is Aussie/New Z Greyound racing on GRASS STRAIGTAWAY courses. No turns, minimal bumping. Just 1/5 of a mile of balls out dog racing.
