I think you guys are way off on this one. If the FBI is also charging him with obstruction and he took the plea, this dopey bastard tried putting on over on the Feds. It maybe the worst move one could make.
 I have known guys who were going to do 5-7 years at Club Fed that ended up doing 13 years. All for contacting and trying to buy a witness. The Feds have zero sense of humor and less tolerance for some punk trying to undermine their power.
 Nicky boy will get some serious time here. More for being a punk than for the actual crimes that got him pinched. This is all on top of the people he gave up and, the ongoing commitment to be a Federal witness.
 Trust me Porky, Nicky will be doing the longest bid of them all .
