We have an update following the accident at Eldorado Scioto Downs on Friday (May 8th): Five drivers were injured. All the horses involved in the accident are OK. Kayne Kauffman suffered a fractured heel. Aaron Merriman suffered five broken ribs, a shattered scapula, and a partially collapsed lung. He is being kept in the hospital for further observation. We will update the status of the drivers' conditions as we know more. We wish everyone involved a speedy recovery.
