Bad Checks??

What is the deal with the guys at MVG writing bad checks? I can't help but think maybe Ohio racing isn't that great?

Furthermore...can there be anymore post race issues?  I mean jesus 10+ every single week....You would think these rejects might stop doing it.  Problem is its the idiots that write the bad checks that are doing it most of the time!
