Is he bearding for some one.. That is what usually happens. But harness leaders are either too stupid to figure it out or don't want too because no one wants to fo;;ow the money trail.

He's been claiming like crazy for months.  Getting as much as he can before the magic potion runs out.  There is a reason CC was out of the game for so long and has now resurrected his career.

CC does like to press the envelope and he will get caught. Always has.

 How many times have we seen this before. He'll get fat($$) then busted. Its been like this for over 30 years. Last time he had to sell cars for Harmon at Hertrichs!
