When you pick 1 horse  to wager on..with good analysis......... ....that is "betting"

When you try to pick 3 horses  at 2 different tracks........... ...to me..its no longer "betting"...its GAMBLING

In the PCD 9th..you would spend $ 21 to key one horse to be 4th  in 10 cent tickets ?? This is gambling
