Don’t get the whole driver testing thing
So what if he had a few or did drugs
It’s not performance enhancing so what why should I care as gambler

Maybe for the same reason it's against the law to drive a car under the influence?

 MOST DRIVERS WOULD HAVE TO STUDY A WEEK JUST TO TAKE A PISS TEST

Drivers test: 1.Count to five. 2. What month were you born. 3. What’s your mother’s first name. 4. How many legs does a horse have. 5. What do you call the thing waving from between a horses back legs. 6. Where are you right now.
