"UNHINGED #nyc carriage horse driver thought it was wise to scream at me to get out of Central Park or else. I walked by and away from him so he decided to follow me and take a few swipes and kicks at me. It ended with him in cuffs. This time I'm not letting it go. It's not just assault. It's harassment with the intent to cause fear. I will never be afraid to walk around NYC. Speaker Julie Menin this is getting worse quickly. It needs to end."
