Title: Is Mr. Taylor worried about something???
Post by: Harness Racing Revolution on July 21, 2025, 12:39:42 PM
I was just served a subpoena to produce all the records to his attorneys with regards to his case against Mr. Gural. Fine by me, everything I have is proof he purchased drugs from Seth Fishman. I'll even give them a nice fresh file copy of the call I got from Tony Zubkoff. 🤣

Anyone wanna join me for the dropoff at WTC3??? Make a day of it. Can even do a livestream...

I've been staying pretty quiet since I know nearly every commission and governing body is all over these scumbags now. All the work is done. Now it's just pick and choose where to poke and keep fueling the fire.

Dude seriously get on some good vitamins and get out in the sun. Start eating some red meat and cut out the fries. Get a water distiller and put your minerals in it. Start taking care of yourself and look into peptides. Your not old enough to be looking feeble. Tell me you feel healthy?  Seriously.  You look like your at about %60.

Im sorry it came across as taking a shot. It was meant to make you think about your health. Something the majority of us dont do. Im not posting pics of myself anywhere im not a harness horse social influencer. Think about it the more you know about health and nutrition the better you look and feel.

I'm 59 and fighting for your fucking sport. While most of you do absolutely nothing, but you'll post shit like that? I've been in far worse shape healthwise by being stupid. At this point I honestly don't give a shit. I'm used to it, in the mean time I'm trying to get more scumbags tossed from the game so little guys and honest horsemen stand a chance.  tmbz1

Hey you are putting up a good fight but for what? Nobody watches this crap anymore, the fairs dont bet theres nobody in the grandstands and they run them off like qualifiers. The racetracks are dominated by a few trainers, the drugs will always beat the testing and the racing commissions own and breed horses. Its has turned into a pyramid scheme and only the top profits.

Two selfish reasons, ready? First I lost my horses complaining about ice. That led me to how disgusting the game really is. I agree, it can't be fixed. But in the mean time if it helps the animals even a little "like seeing a pos Fred Bourgault sent to prison" or helping a little guy in trouble "like I did yesterday" it's a win. So what do I have to lose. I have met some really good people over the past three years, some of which I do business with every day now and are trustworthy friends. Could be worse.

Let me make it clear. I couldn't give two shits either way. I'm here talking about being served, and that's the response? I keep it pretty simple here, if people have to remain anonymous, pretty much NOTHING typed here means shit to me. I don't need health pointers from Horseplop. I also don't give fuck what your opinion is either. Now back to Taylor actually concerned with me, that's pretty fucking sad.

Were you doctor? Can you post your medical degree for us? I've actually had three heart attacks. I quit smoking six years ago. My BP and cholesterol are perfect. I'm just over 5'10" and weigh 167lbs as of last month. Should I call your office for an appointment??? I guess we can add cardiologists to the list of professionals who post on Horseplop anonymously? ngc3

Why not get people to call the USTA and state commissions with what I've posted. Or does Nick Devita train for you???

Intimidation tactics, hope you get that cunt in a deposition, find out what he keeps spitting out of his mouth and putting back in, back and forth - evidence  ngc3 ?

I'd file a motion to squash, and drag his imbeciles into a few rounds....based on being burdensome, private.  I'd first tell the judge to issue a continuance on the request so I could consider retaining counsel.  Show these fucknuts, that it doesn't go one way, it goes the other.

No conversations on the phone, everything in writing, that gets lawyers to clam up, the lying scumbags they are, always working in the shadows.

Did they autopsy the 'ol lady because that one became a fall gal.

Hey Taylor, be a man for once in your life, not a cheating sob slob, fess up, redeem yourself.  What a weak asshole to go through life like that.  Take what's not yours from others and use those resources to defend yourself.  If you have kids I hope that type genetic failure of yours didn't get transferred.

You made someones day interesting.

Any lawyer gets nasty and crosses the line I'd get their bar and state(s) registered IDs.

This schmuck wouldn't happen to be a licensed attorney, because he's ethically unwell, and that's understatement.

What possibly could you have that's not been made available as public, you're just very resourceful.

Here's another for Taylor, courts are for pussies, you wanted to be a harness racing gangster.

INDY NEEDS A SEVERE CLEAN UP

TRAINERS USING SYTHETIC EPO   AND TRACK AND  INDY COMMISSION LOOK THE OTHER WAY

And they're looking the other way for pocket change against the comparably catastrophic damage and loss.

Just one auction, one horse, all the effort if they even can race, so much energy, time and money...just to race unfairly against a chemically calibrated enhanced animal with probably less ability than the other.

Edita Birnkrant and NYCLASS spearheaded that. Simple answer is no laws to protect horses in NYC. The few on the books are from the 1800s. Go read the charge...overdriv ing. BTW just another Standardbred created by harness racing and ended up 27 years old pulling a carriage laying on 9th Ave for 45 minutes. Manhattan is no place for any horse. But there shouldn't be any Standardbreds pulling carriages there. And you know damn well I've spent plenty of time down there helping her find and report horses in trouble. She told me earlier she figured it would end this way. One of the jurors said it was impossible for them to convict him because the law didn't match what actually happened.

Fact. I'm only a target because I threaten their bottom lines. Anyone ever think I'd cause this much anxiety for some of these guys? I didn't. But it happened and the needle was forced to move. When people attack me it means they're one of them. I had a guy call a presiding judge to press me like I'm involved in the game. That didn't work. Now I'm being told I have to turn over everything I have regarding him. The same stuff ALL OF YOU can obtain form PACER. I'll be there with bells on. It turns out there are far more scumbags in the game than aren't.

Turn over everything tell them in front of the judge, suk me wee wee.

A little broad of a request, and yes, it's very likely nuisance intimidation.

Or a pay off to go away and stay away.

Taylor requesting information that's publicly available, makes the documents irrelevant.

Then you have to questions the motives of that move to subpoena irrelevant records made by his lawyers and himself:

Intimidation
Retaliation for Mike's free speech
Delay

If Mike even challenges and the judge entertains, then the judge believes those bad motives his lawyers could get reprimanded, sanctioned, things go down hill.

It's a losing move.

He lost when he had Zubkoff call me. Game over.

It's a good listen, I'm re-posting your link:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oCjRr9Wmi8

After you informed him multiple times of how inappropriate the call was, over and fucking over, too much in denial, too dumb to take the cue, too arrogant, bigshit helping bigshit friend, the hammer...the call is being recorded.

For a guy who couldn't stfu the whole call, that 6 seconds of silence was the end all of all times.....pale scared whiny bitch - "why did you do that?"  ngc3

I'd have to listen again, it's very damning, but 2 things, he said - Taylor said nothing to him when he said he was going to call you, he suggested the call was made on his (Tony's) own volition.

The damning part for Taylor is not saying along the lines of what you said to Tony, but from his point of view, like hey buddy, I appreciate it but it'd be inappropriate, you're an official, you're compromising your position, plus as a friend too I don't want you getting involved in my jackpot.

Notice the first time you telling him you're recording and sending to the state he says like "uh huh", no focus.

Mr Mike really believes if he keeps saying something over and over again that makes it the truth. The true facts are,  Howard Taylor never purchased ordered received or gave any drugs to any horses.  If there is any guilt it would be with any of his trainers who dealt with this Fischman guy.   They are the ones who placed the orders.     You can post all the bills that you want ,  all he did was pay a bill like any good owner would.   If what I’m saying isn’t true the FBI would have put him in handcuffs and locked him up.    Keep up the good work Mike , Mr Gural might give you a bonus

How your posts have evolved from vile to almost respectful.

You're heading toward man, kind of like homo-man.

The FBI, lol, the same jerk offs who were warned about Nicholas Cruz from family and friends in advance of Parkland, did nothing paid a big settlement to the families victims.

The same FBI that had hardcore intel in advance of Al-Qaeda's plans of hijacking planes immanently, yet 4 planes poof hijacked.

I could go on and on.  Enron too late, 1/6 what, espionage from their own...oh nigga please, FBI lol!

The FBI are federal cops, they just make arrests, they investigate plenty and toss them back - and usually take the ones that incriminate themselves on wire or in interrogation, doesn't make them innocent, if the prosecutor, DOJ has no interest why bother.  Terrorism is their #1 priority, has been for quite sometime.

Tony Zubkoff...I've seen falsification on resume's before but wow. Dude doesn't 'excel' in anything besides cheating.

"With a proven track record at Hazel Park Raceway,Muskegon Racecourse and Ohio Fair Conference I excel in maintaining the integrity of harness racing through expert officiation and robust communication skills. My background includes ensuring fair play, showcasing my organizational prowess and deep knowledge of the sport".

wtf kind of bs is this resume

Why would KY not revoke or suspend the license of Eric Cherry due to the latest "lieing to investigators and shadow owning for Nick Surick?"

I would say when PA Breeders gets wind of this and finds out Cherry frauded them out of State funding then it's BYE BYE.  Years ago in Delaware people were caught racing horses with using fake addresses to make them eligible for State bred races.  I hope PA prosecutes him for fraud and all the people he was front for to get that PA bonus money.

Simple, Howard Taylor had a subpoena sent to me that I need to turn over everything I have in documents on him, both paper and digital. NO PROBLEM!!! For some reason I think he feels it's supposed to bother me somehow. I'll be there on time wearing a Meadowlands tshirt. NYC at his attorney's office who reps him. WTC 3, 55th floor. I never have an issue making a city trip. And everything will be transparent for all of you to see when I return.

I’m not saying it’s true in this case, however when a fully functioning brain becomes fairly functional, it could be a sign of early dementia.

Might as well throw Eric Cheery in the winners circle while we're at it. Now there's a trifecta to start off the card. An owner banned from kentucky, a trainer exposed for purchasing BB3 and lots of it and an owner recently fined for dealing with suspended participants. There's your state of harness racing 2025

Is this a clear enough picture of a Taylor partner who paid Equestology both through a Taylor partnership account AND his own as well? See the horses? It's not difficult to see when you look. And now has horses with Harmon. The drug EQ-1@5 is the same the Kentucky board asked Mr. Taylor about during his review, one of the most potent and illegal pain killers on the planet. You're welcome.
