The answer is NO. They are fully aware of who the woman is and had multiple complaints from horsemen, the horse was allowed to race. But now with the revelation that the state is aware that she was given and passed the trainers test having never worked a second in the business shit is hitting the fan. Come on, it's been 14 years since he took over M1. Getting any casinos in Bergen have gone backwards. Not to mention you're talking about two different states. How can I make up what is clearly documented. Maybe people should start complaining rather than post on Horseplop.
There still could be a possibility of a casino imo as soon as NYC gets them. What I'm saying is that the licensees in NJ will be evaluated and scrutinized when that happens. Something like this no matter where it took place looks horrendous. No way NJ would want to grant a guy who makes these types of decisions their north jersey license. No way. No shot.
