Horseploppers have been saying few r a long time that Ervs days are numbered. After Surrick got the heat Erv immediately tried to distance himself but it was too late. He he had horrible year this summer and did that with the hopes of laying off the radar. SCM is on to him. Just wait until surrick tells them more. That’s when you’ll see Erv in the orange jumpsuit. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. Heck does anyone know if Rocco Ruffalo’s name is on the Fishman list. If so, this could get real ugly.

Erv had 6 horses scratched in 4 different states reason TUS, Trainer Under suspension. All of his last 6 entries have been scratched. Something is going on.

Mass 205 CMR 3.29. On 10/23/2023 Industrial Labs reported to the Mass Gaming/Racing Division the Post-Race result of Blood and Urine Sample E629774 collected from the horse INTERNATIONAL LAW on 10/3/2023 who competed in Race 3 at Plainridge Park and finished 4th. It revealed the presence of Albuterol confirmed in the urine at 8.11 ng/mL. The threshold is 1 ng/mL. Trainer of record Erv Miller was notified of the finding and exercised his right to a split sample on 11/1/2023. The split sample for sent to New York Drug Testing and Research Program in Ithaca, NY for further testing. On 11/28/2023 the report of analytical finding was received confirming the presence of Albuterol. Mr. Miller was notified and waived his right to a formal hearing. As a result Mr. Miller is fined the sum of $500.00 and is issued a full suspension for a period of 15 days beginning 12/8/2023 through and including 12/22/2023. The horse INTERNATIONAL LAW finished 4th and is disqualified. The purse money $3,200.00 is hereby ordered forfeited and returned for redistribution. Purse monies forfeited must be returned to Plainridge Park within 10 days of ruling and the fine must be paid within 48 hours of imposition. Fine money is payable to The Commonwealth OF Massachusetts.

ERV IS ON THE FISHMAN LIST SO ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME. OVERHISER HAS LOST MONEY EVERY SINGLE YEAR HES BEEN WITH ERV. IF YOU ADD IN ERVS CLOSE TIES WITH SURICK AND THE HEAT AND HIS RECENT POSITIVE TESTS AND SUSPENSION, I THINK ITS SAFE TO SAY THAT OLE ERV IS IN DEEP SHIT AND ITS GONNA GET DEEPER IF SCM HAS ANY SAY.

I had one dealing with him. He had a horse on On Gait, I watched replays and noticed he was rough at at the 3/4 pole. ( 5/8th track) he said it's a young new driver who is still learning how to handle horses in the turns. I asked about his knees. he said he was perfect. I passed. Eventually, someone else bought him. Was brutal in the turns, raced 5 times, and disappeared.
