1st. #4 Windsun Ricky
-
Bad pick, not a good start tonight
-
Chalk play in the 2nd. 3-4 exacta
-
Very rough start, Brennan with the 3 wide sweep for the win
-
4th race, going with #5 Hecandancencruise, Looks to have ability and now lands in Bongiorno's barn. Taking early money, lets hop aboard. 5 over 13
-
i’ve watched your picks over the last week or so . pretty solid . this dudes pulling in tickets left and right . 👌

5th. #5 Ourrhythmnblues N, Drops from 50k where he found the water a little too deep. Back down to the correct level, should be very competitive here. You have to use Jo Jo's Place underneath here. Berkeley in 59 starts has a win % of 34%, Place 22% and Show 25%, so we know what is going on here. I also like this #3 Delightful Terror a little bit underneath. Gillis has been hot, and he had post 8 the last two starts, and last start wasn't beaten by much. 5 over 23, and maybe reverse that as well.

Good job, should pay decent even with the inside numbers. Too bad that 3 didn't get up

The 3 actually saved my ass....paid $200 where's the Senator when you need him.
-
I liked that 3 a little , just didn't have the right horses to go along with him, good job though, that is a nice tri payout for yonkers

Going with #1 Balleratt Boomerang in the 6th 1 over 56
-
You guys ever play Western Fair Raceway?
-
Once in awhile, usually with not much else is racing though. I like to stick to a couple of tracks and learn the horses and trainers. Yonkers is pretty obvious when a horse is loaded, not many secrets there, the word gets out. Also smaller pools doesn't help that either. It is really obvious when Bongiorno's horses are loaded.

Catching up on replays too, just saw your 5/13 in 4th at BigY, Joe Bongiorno beat that horse 22 times with the whip.
-
Good luck

Phil Hudon would make a classic Plopper, seriously, the dude is outspoken to say the least!
GL everyone!

I got 3 videos up GL with WF!
JB is too aggressive for these drivers at the BigY!
-
Oh I wanted that 7 to win, damn
Looked like he should of been placed the winner, PH looked like he interfered and caused the horse to break. But not even an inquiry.
-
That's a rarity at WF a w2w 7
-
8/1 on Ultimaroca is insane here

Sounds pretty smart, they make their money off owning, and he ain't the most enthusiastic catch driver lately lol. tmbz1

-
Yonkers 9th, 4-7 ex box, and I am playing a few bucks to win on the #8 Viper at Woodbine
-
The balance of the week is dedicated to KY Derby Day not just the race, and maybe some Friday too to see how the CD track is running, way too much money bet to study anything else.
I need the handicapping rest too, the last few weeks have been a vacation of sorts. tmbz1
-
Craps, across the board....time for some cold water on de face for me! 73cv.2
-
Pucks, UNC, I sent you a DM. tmbz1
-
Bongiorno's horse is no good here, cold on the board. Going with the "hot" trainer here #4 Change Stride. Nothing fancy 4/35

GL with that! tmbz1

Pucks, the weather is up in the air on Louisville this weekend, I love the KY Derby thread, but it's way too early but if you already decided - GL there too!
-
What it took to get Forte home his last race, I don't know what they have to do to bring that horse back fresh if he didn't peak, more weight, longer sheesh....every horse has a story, weather undecided, workouts available to watch, I cannot wait to get into studying that race! ;D

I like how Mage is just getting better and better. That was such a bad trip last time out, and wow did he race big. That horse from Japan Derma Sotogake looks to have a big chance despite the draw

Monster!
I'll check out Mage, can't wait it's like Hanukah / Christmas for handicappers ;D
-
That fucking 5 couldn't do his part.
-

Pucks, GL on the 7 this 10th race at Mohawk, very nice price lurking there! tmbz1

My biggest screw up ever came in the 2017 Derby. I loved Always Dreaming to win and I really liked Lookin at lee. I basically only won a little over 5k, I really messed it up. I missed the high 5 by about 2 feet.

We know the feeling a BIG win that feels like a consolation to what could of been, what did it pay?! :P
-
high 5 paid almost 500k, the ex paid 336, I should have had way more times
-
I got what I paid for with Tyler Jones, wow did he make sure to put that horse in the worst position that he could
-
Tyler Jones is a nightmare, 3 wide on the backstretch and the 7 might of won, and even by a couple of lengths. Just scumbag central there.
-
high 5 paid almost 500k, the ex paid 336, I should have had way more times
For some, a life changing score.
The scary part is going through that feeling again, and that's what separates the pros from the shmos....pros know it will happen, and never quit.
You get that close it is a sign, you have excellence, take your time pick your spots. tmbz1
-
I actually thought I hit the high 5, and Twinspires bet history and account balance wasn't working because of too many people trying to access it. So it was like ten mins after the prices came up, so that entire time I thought I had it. Was very poor wagering from me, handicapping was spot on, but my betting sucked.
-
I'm man enough to admit something, 40 years, I still love it but I burnt out about a month ago, this here keeps me close, and enthusiastic, Horseplop probably saved me.....but I'm very tired from 12-16 hour days, 6-7 days a week for the last 2 year run alone.
-

Been there too, you get crossed eyed, you put the bets together, you put them in, you see before confirm, you check your transactions, and still mistakes happen. I know! Preaching to the choir, need another once around and not be lazy.....in essence the handicapper / bettor is a machine spends more time ensuring perfection and less enjoyment on the race. Pros cash amateurs cheer. tmbz1

Pucks, you're alive, I know it sounds sappy but it's not, one never knows in life what is going to propel their life, who they are going to meet and what happens next of which we may not control.
Take the life you have and move it forward, and know, there is still work to do, and lessons learned, and much to accomplish, and LASTLY - Your time and energy is valuable don't squander it on bullshit and believe in yourself!
-
I read a story in the DRF about 20 years ago about a dude who bet $40 mil a year at the T-breds. No computer, software....he set up at the track, private room, private machine for bets.....One of his secrets, he never bet the first race or 2, he watched how the track ran, and configured an algorithm of the live track bias in his head and to factor into the races going forward live to handicap and bet. The dude was very good, he was a winner, and you can just imagine his player rewards, maybe minor spoils they didn't suck either, pure income. tmbz1
-
Roy looks like he stiffed the 4 in the stretch, another staged race brought to you by Mohawk! He should be investigated. ;D
